Latitude application can be used both for new SAF-T projects and already carried out implementations (i.e. transform the xml. file in excel format, validate the .xml file in DUK or qualitative checks accross SAF-T sections)
1. Data availability
Discussions and analysis with company’s representatives on available data in order to identify any gaps that need to be solved (e.g. missing data, missing relational links between reports or systems)
2. Mapping of reports
Agree with the company’s representatives on data to be retrieved from available reports and main data transformations
3. Technical solution
Extract necessary data from transactional systems in raw format. Consolidate, transform and validate data in accordance with ANAF requirements
4. Generate XML file
Using our web based application you upload data via an excel file; you customize the file, if the case, excluding optional fields and you generate the xml file to be attached in the SAF-T declaration
5. Validate declaration
In the final step you validate the declaration in the Latitude application (which has embedded the DUK integrator ANAF utility) and if no errors are returned, the app. generates the final SAF-T declaration in pdf format.
In case of errors the application is offering the option to export the error file both in .txt format and in excel (easy to read and navigate through).
Latitude application has also the option to export the qualitative analysis of the SAF-T declaration which includes the correlation between the various SAF-T sections (i.e. General Ledger Accounts vs. General Entries, Tax code summary vs. D300 return).
